Just as technology is constantly evolving, so is Pre-Check. We have developed our own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) called “Pre-Select.” It is an efficient recruitment tool that helps employers easily organize the hiring of their employees. We built this system for the sole purpose of simplifying the hiring process for our clients and expediting the background screening process. Pre-Select asks strategic pre-qualifying and specialized questions to automatically target your ideal candidate pool for a position. This reduces the amount of time it normally takes to hire while simultaneously finding qualified applicants.

In an effort to further support the small business recruitment processes, we created a spinoff of our ATS called “Smart Hire” in 2015. Smart Hire has two parts; the Red package which allows employers to lease Pre-Select for a 60 day period, and the Blue package where we actually find quality hires for employers. So many business owners tell us how difficult it is to find good candidates for positions such as bookkeepers, machine tool operators, regional sales managers, customer service administrators, IT technicians, etc. The Smart Hire Blue package virtually removes the worries and administrative hassles of finding the right person.
Many employers have not yet realized that the recruitment resources used 10 (even 5) years ago to find employees has changed drastically, shifting from printed to online. Has anyone found a good employee through the “Cleveland Plain Dealer” Employment section recently? Furthermore, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a quality hire. Too many employers’ time and money have been wasted on hiring unsuitable or unqualified applicants. Using our ATS and a host of specialized searches, we have been able to find great placements in a relatively short amount of time (the average being less than 30 days). The really good news is that we have been finding great hires for about 1/6th of what traditional recruiting services charge.
