As an HR Manager with over 30 years of experience, my greatest challenges involved recruiting and staffing processes. On the high touch side, Pre-Check’s personnel are outstanding. They were customer-focused and responsive on technical questions from users. More importantly, if an applicant had an issue, they would assist the applicant in system access and addressing any other issues preventing the applicant from submitting his / her online application.
